As a global leader in the industry, we are looking for two highly skilled individuals to join the team, providing support to customers in a variety of sectors, including Metal, Dyno Test Rigs, Hydrogen Electrolyzer PSUs, EV Charging points and Battery Energy Storage.

• An opportunity to work on a variety of unique, bespoke systems.
• A hybrid role with extensive travel throughout the UK and occasionally internationally

As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

• Be a primary point of contact between the company and customers
• Commission new systems individually and as part of a team on larger projects.
• Work closely with Project Engineers on project testing and functionality.
• Provide emergency field service for customers when equipment or a process breaks.
• Offer telephone, email, and other support to customer engineering and maintenance staff.
• Ensure the system operates as required, following Functional Design Specification for new equipment.
• Analyse and provide alternate solutions to problems and select optimal solutions.
• Encourage the opportunity to sell additional value-added services, spare parts, upgrades etc.

The ideal candidates for the Field Service Engineer roles should have:

• HNC / HND or higher qualification.
• Completed an apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronic or Automation.
• AC or DC drive experience.
• PLC and HMI's experience.
• Strong technical skills in electric fundamentals and computers.
• Excellent communication skills.
