Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:

• Designing electrical schematics and control panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical
• Translating customer requirements into innovative design solutions
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Supporting customers and suppliers with technical expertise
• Specifying materials/components and generating bills of materials
• Engaging in R&D and occasional on-site support

Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:

• HNC qualified (Electrical/Electronic discipline) or equivalent
• Experience in process automation or electrical design is a plus
• Familiarity with BS 7671 (wiring regs) and BS EN 60204 (machine safety) helpful
• Detail-oriented, practical, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
