Commissioning Engineer

£40-50k + Overtime, Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities - The Role

  • Field wiring of various industrial electrical components including fans, lights, switches
  • Understanding and commissioning airflows within a spray booth cabin and paint mixing room
  • Commissioning of gas burners
  • Occasional plant breakdowns
  • Travel to various customer sites within the week
  • Provide accurate records of commissioning data
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations

 

Key Responsibilities - The Person

  • Electrical installation (i.e. Level 3 NVQ or 18th Edition)
  • Ideally experienced as a gas engineer or holds relevant certifications in gas engineering (e.g., Gas Safe Register)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driving license

 

This position to due to growth and a full order book for the next few years. They are looking for dedicated engineers who are flexible for travel.
