A leader in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of line control and handling equipment within the manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors is now looking to recruit an Electrical Installation Engineer to join their team. £35,000 - £45,000 + Overtime, Allowances, Pool Vehicle access, Annual Bonus  

OTE £50k+. Overtime paid at premium rates.

Field Service Engineer - The Role:

• Fault finding and problem-solving in mechanical, electrical, or software fields
• Performing timely and accurate service in-house and at customer’s plants
• Support with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or repair to equipment
• Installation and removal of original equipment, manufacturing machinery and conveyor systems
• Software and program development for the proper installation, maintenance, commissioning, and service of specialised line control and handling equipment
• Managing multiple jobs at any one time, prioritising tasks as necessary
• Supporting other engineers in the build processes within the workshop and on-site
• Managing company resources effectively and appropriately

Field Service Engineer - The Person:

• HNC/HND qualified in an Electrical Engineering discipline, Mechatronic Eng, or Robotics & Automation Eng
• Experience as a service Engineer within an Automation environment or equivalent
• Experience in Electrical & Mechanical drawings (Eplan P8 and Autocad)
• Experience in PLC Programming using siemens simatic step 7 and TIA (Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 is a plus)
• Commissioning experience in FMCG production lines is highly desired
• Scada programming (siemens WinCC or Allen Bradley FTView) Is a plus
• Flexisoft design software (Sick) or PNOZ configuration software (Pilz) is a plus
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time – mainly UK projects
• Have good project management skills to manage our European Installation teams during Larger projects

This company have pool vehicles available for use when travelling, however, they must be used from the company site and are not to be taken home as a company vehicle. Therefore, candidates must live within a commutable distance of the Warrington area.
