Control Systems Engineer

£45k - £52k + Car Or Car Allowance & Overtime

Home Based position - Central UK

Control Systems Engineer- The Role:

• Program and commission BMS control systems at customer sites
• Install hardware and software to control panels
• Integrate control systems with electrical, mechanical, and irrigation infrastructure using protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and CANbus
• Develop bespoke control programs tailored to project requirements
• Modify new and existing control panels and equipment
• Provide technical support via phone or online during working hours
• Assist and support other engineers, third-party technicians, and clients
• Perform room performance testing according to provided schedules
• Complete test reports and associated documentation
• Conduct servicing and maintenance of control systems and panels

Control Systems Engineer- The Person:

•  Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of control systems.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to question and support others
•  Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not essential.
•  A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently
