As Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll lead a team of electrical fitters on the shop floor - planning work, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and within safety and quality standards.

Manufacturing Supervisor - Electrical - The Role:

• Daily hands-on leadership of a team of electrical fitters
• Ownership of electrical build projects from start to finish
• Planning and coordinating daily workloads to meet production targets
• Monitoring and reporting progress to the Manufacturing Manager
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Overseeing Test & Inspection processes and ensuring proper documentation
• Ensuring team compliance with Health & Safety protocols and PPE usage
• Supporting team development through mentoring and performance management

Manufacturing Supervisor - Electrical - The Person:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or responsible electrical manufacturing role
• Strong background in electrical fitting
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
• HNC (or equivalent) in an electrical discipline

Located in Shropshire, this role would be commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Stafford.
