Specialising in automated machinery for the Food & FMCG  industry, they’re now looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead a team of 8 across CNC, Assembly, and Finishing. Production Manager - The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day production across all departments
• Drive output, quality, and efficiency
• Implement and improve SOPs and lean processes
• Lead and develop a small, skilled team including apprentices
• Collaborate with Engineering on tooling, machining, and workflow improvements
• Manage H&S, quality control, and scheduling

Production Manager - The Person:

• 5+ years’ production/engineering management experience
• CNC background essential (5-axis milling, lathes, etc.)
• Strong team leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with lean principles and quality standards
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach

Located in Cheshire, this role would be commutable from Manchester, Warrington, Macclesfield, Wilmslow and Knutsford
