They are now seeking a hands-on Installation Supervisor to oversee the full lifecycle of installations — from factory assembly through to on-site commissioning across global customer locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong electrical and automation experience, who’s ready to step into a leadership role with international scope and ongoing development opportunities.

Installations Supervisor - The Role:

• Supervise the build of specialist control panels & assembly of machinery within the factory
• Lead installation and commissioning activities on client sites – currently UK focused with potential for international projects
• Manage a team of industrial electricians during build and install phases
• Maintain hands-on involvement in control panel design and wiring
• Modify PLC software as required during installations and testing
• Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are met during all phases

Installations Supervisor - The Person:

• Strong background in electrical engineering / automation
• Experience leading or supervising small technical teams helpful or capability to take on this role
• Hands-on skills in control panel design and build - experience of an electrical CAD package required
• Comfortable with PLC software modification (Siemens, Allen-Bradley or similar)
• Additional ability with writing of PLC software advantageous
• Willing and able to travel  to UK sites and the flexible for international travel as projects change
• Forward-thinking and keen to develop skills in PLC design, robotics, and SCADA
