Key Account Manager - Sales Engineer

Key Account Manager - The Role:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely support and tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for growth and deliver strategies that drive mutual success.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations.
- Monitor performance, forecast sales and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Conduct contract renewals, site visits and safety checks to ensure quality and compliance.
- Stay informed about market trends to keep services competitive and relevant.
- Work from either Stafford, Derby or Warrington offices (with hybrid working available after probation).
