A UK leader in robotics and automated solutions is expanding its UK operations and seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of technical, service-based and engineering-led projects. The organisation supports clients across healthcare, life sciences and commercial sectors, providing fully managed services and advanced automation solutions. Project Manager - The Role:

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of engineering-focused service contracts and project delivery, ensuring that solutions are deployed safely, efficiently and to exacting standards.

• Manage end-to-end project planning including site surveys, risk assessments, scheduling and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee fully-managed service contracts within healthcare and life-science environments.
• Assess client requirements and develop cost-optimised technical solutions.
• Identify and deliver process improvements across operations.
• Provide hands-on engineering support when required to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Produce quotations, pricing models and support invoicing activities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Project Manager - The Person:

• Proven experience in project management within engineering, automation, robotics, healthcare technology, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Confident delivering projects in regulated or safety-critical environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse operations, improve processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Commercial acumen — comfortable with pricing, quoting, contract oversight and supporting revenue growth.
