Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:

• Design of electrical control systems in line with current legislation to customer specification.
• Liaising with customers where required to obtain all necessary information to facilitate system design.
• Production of electrical schematic and panel layout drawings.
• Generation of bill of materials
• Support through the process of manufacture to ensure high quality standard of the end product.
• Hands on supervision where installation and commissioning taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle.
• Production of supporting documentation where required (FAT/IO/Calculations and other QA documentation as required).
• Support for proposals team as required.

Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:

• Must have EPlan and Control Panel Design experience
• Experience in PLC programming and in designing electrical control systems in the following application areas would be an advantage:
• Low/Medium Voltage Control Systems, Conveying, Hygienic, Food and Beverage, Renewable Energy, Process Control, Packaging, Retrofit and Upgrading, UV Technology, C.I.P. (Cleaning In Place), Palletisers, Robot Integration, Pick and Place, Camera Systems, Heater Control

Located in Nottinghamshire., this role would be commutable from Newark, Mansfield, Ashfield, West Bridgford, Beeston and other surrounding areas.
