You’ll work on a variety of bespoke machinery, handling equipment and conveyor systems, giving you the opportunity to build your technical knowledge across build, installation and commissioning. Mechanical Installation Engineer – The Role:

• Installation, assembly and commissioning of manufacturing machinery, conveyor systems and automated equipment
• Mechanical build and installation of specialist line control and handling equipment
• Supporting the workshop build process and preparing equipment for installation
• Installation, service, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
• Fault finding, troubleshooting and problem-solving on mechanical systems
• Supporting commissioning activities both in-house and at customer sites
• Working alongside electrical and controls engineers to deliver complete automated systems
• Carrying out service and maintenance work at customer plants
• Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to the required standard

Candidates need to be flexible for around 50% travel across the UK. This position offers a challenging and busy role, with great development opportunities. The company is keen to promote from within and supports ongoing training and development.
